Certifications
Our RE-22 compound is tested against BS EN 15346:2024, the recognised standard for characterising recycled PVC materials. Testing was carried out independently by Smithers, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory.
Backed by a full EU Safety Data Sheet confirming RE-22 is classified as non-hazardous under EU REACH and CLP regulations, safe to handle and free from substances of concern.
The voluntary commitment of the European PVC industry to sustainable development. This certification confirms our recycled compound is sourced and processed under the Recovinyl traceability scheme, supporting verified provenance.
Talk to us about RE-22
Post-consumer and post-industrial PVC, mainly reclaimed window frames and industrial offcuts. Every batch is sorted, cleaned, and processed on site before it becomes compound.
Each production line runs up to 1,700 tonnes a year. A third line is planned, bringing total capacity toward 5,000 tonnes annually, so supply can scale with demand.
Every batch moves through the same controlled process and is tested to BS EN 15346:2024, independently verified by Smithers. What you receive matches what you specified.
RE-22 is produced under the Recovinyl scheme, part of VinylPlus, the PVC industry's sustainability commitment, and tested to BS EN 15346:2024.
Continuous production means RE-22 can be supplied on a regular schedule, sized to fit your line's ongoing requirements.
